Return home, within yourself.
There are days when the sky seems to speak to you. May 1st is one of those days: the Wesak Full Moon lights up like an ancient lantern, and with it comes an invitation — to stop, breathe, and listen to something deeper than the daily noise.
For me, this date has never been a coincidence. It is the same moon that for years has accompanied our Risonanze meetings — the women's circles we hold here in Bergamo every Full Moon. Spaces where women find each other, share, and recognize themselves.
This time I thought: what if I gave this as a gift to everyone?
"Your inner home already exists. You don't have to build it — you just have to remember where it is."
Why the Wesak Moon?
The Wesak Full Moon is, in esoteric and spiritual traditions, one of the most powerful lunations of the year. It is associated with inner peace, enlightenment, and connection with your most authentic essence. No matter what your beliefs are — what this moon brings with it is a sense of contemplation, of return.
And isn't that exactly what we need, today more than ever? A moment to step away from the frantic pace, put down the phone, and remember that you are a being who feels, even before being a being who does.
The meditation I prepared for you
In the video, you will find a guided meditation designed specifically for this moon. You can follow it lying down or sitting comfortably, using headphones if you can. Let the music and the pauses do their work — you don't have to do anything special, just allow yourself to be there.
It is my very first video on YouTube, and I chose to release it on this day with intention: because everything I do is born from a desire for care. Care for myself, care for those around me, care for those I haven't met yet but who — in some way — are already part of this sacred space.
A deeper step: Feminine Constellations
If this meditation touched something inside you — if you feel the calling to explore the inherited energies you carry with you (from your mother, your grandmother, your great-grandmother) — I have thought of something special.
How to listen at your best
A few small tips to create your space: choose a quiet environment, use headphones if you can, and grant yourself at least ten minutes just for you. Nothing else is needed. You can sit, lie down, close your eyes. The meditation does the rest.
And if you feel something afterward — a thought, a sensation, a question — write to me. I am here.
Thank you for stopping by. This first video is for you — and this is just the first of many. Subscribe to the channel so you don't miss the next ones.
With love,
