Saturday, October 31, in Bergamo, we are organizing Risonanze: an afternoon in a small group, for women only, dedicated to the female history of one's own family.

How it unfolds:

• Welcome and introductions in a circle

• Manual workshop: each person creates a small cloth doll, inspired by the story of Vasilissa from Women Who Run With the Wolves (no sewing skills required)

• Guided meditation on female ancestors, from the work of Miranda Gray

• Free sharing and shared aperitif

Who leads:

Carlotta Crescini, owner of Studio Karishma and holistic practitioner trained in Italy and Brazil, specializing in massage and family constellations.

Giulia Giacometti, physician, with training in Gestalt and art therapy.
