The energetic and spiritual dimension

Energy: the work you can't see, but you can feel

There's a part of wellbeing that doesn't go through the muscles: it goes through what you carry with you and can no longer name. That's what we work on here.

Energy work begins with a listening that goes beyond the symptom: tensions that aren't only muscular, tiredness that sleep doesn't fix, postponed decisions that take up space. It doesn't replace massage: it's the level at which massage sometimes becomes truly effective.

How this approach was bornClose

Before this work came my degree from Bocconi University and years among data, goals and responsibilities: an education in method that is now part of my practice. Then Brazil, where for over ten years I have returned to train in the Chapada dos Veadeiros, one of the most intense places in the world for holistic and shamanic traditions, learning directly from those who live these practices, not from those who merely tell about them.

From that encounter remains a contemporary approach: ancient roots, modern structure. Sessions with a clear intent, no arcane language, no promises of miracles. Energy exists even when it can't be measured: serious work begins by respecting it without mystifying it.

Energy work and channel: the energetic dimension of the Studio Karishma journey
The practice that sets me apart

Shamanism: deep work, not a performance

It's a rare practice in the local holistic offering: it takes years of direct training. I learned it over years of work between Italy and Brazil, and I integrate it with the studio's maieutic approach.

In the traditions that shaped me, shamanism is an ancient technology of listening: precise instruments to work on what experiences, transitions and bonds leave behind — in the body and in the energy. Here is what my practice includes:

A state of consciousness induced by the drumbeat, with a precise intention: the method of inquiry into what words don't say.

Energy diagnosis

Every session begins with a reading of the field: where energy is stuck, scattered, or defended too carefully.

Energy cleansing

Removing what no longer belongs to the person: accumulated weights, memories of closed relationships, inherited tensions.

Elemental work

Earth, water, fire, air: concrete instruments with a precise grammar — to root, dissolve, transform, clarify.

Rites of passage

Births, losses, the end of a cycle: the passages modern life goes through in silence deserve a frame that gives them form.

The return and grounding

Every session closes with a re-entry: roots, breath, concrete guidance for the days ahead. No one remains "open".

Shamanism doesn't replace the studio's other works: it runs through them. It integrates with the maieutic approach, energy diagnosis and treatments such as the Shamanic Massage, Reiki and feminine rituals. There are no standard sessions: there are different people.

Whispers of the Soul

A journey through 50 cards and the 12 archetypes of the Heroine

Stop. Breathe.
Ask yourself: “Where am I, right now?”
Not with the mind. With the heart.

An important premise

Energy and shamanic work is a practice of listening and accompaniment (holistic wellness disciplines, Law 4/2013). It is not a diagnosis, it is not therapy and it does not replace medical or psychological paths.

If you are going through a difficult time, turn to a healthcare professional: the two roads, when possible, complete each other — each in its own role.
