Spiritual growth and levels of awareness: when life feels like a video game
Sometimes spiritual growth resembles a video game.
At Level 1, you discover the breath and immediately feel like an enlightened being.
At Level 2, you begin to notice your reactions and perhaps intuit that it's not always other people's fault.
At Level 3, you gather courage and do a family constellation. And bam! That weight wasn't yours. You let it go.
But then the levels get more complicated. You start noticing things you didn't see before, and something happens that no one tells you:
The more aware you become, the more demanding life becomes.
Then come the great game overs: a separation, a bereavement, an illness, a dream that collapses.
Those in which you remain on the ground and don't even know if you have other lives.
Awareness is not a straight ladder toward enlightenment. It is an up-and-down journey, with a few explosions and a few game overs along the way.
We all fall.
I myself have gone through many game overs.
But there is one thing I've noticed along this walk:
The recovery times.
No matter how hard the fall is: now it takes me much less time to get back up.
Do you want to level up too?
Whether you choose a massage, a family constellation, or even just a guided breath, the first step is to contact me.
I'm not asking you to get up immediately. I am by your side, right where you are.
